Dr. Retno Purwani Sari, M.Hum
Dr. Retno Purwani Sari, S.S, M.Hum., a senior lecturer of Program Studi Sastra Inggris, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Komputer Indonesia, Bandung, Indonesia, is gradually interested in research within Pragmastylistics covering social language functions. It brings her to the field of applied linguistic perspectives. Currently, she is working on a research project on how technology motivates attitude and behavior change concerning language style and preference. Persuasive technology keeps her focus on the language functions. In practice, she deals with language functions studying how technology initiates language performance change.
Dr. Juanda, M.Pd.
Dr. Juanda, M.Pd. has devoted himself in the field of education for more than twenty five years. After graduating from his doctorate program in language education from Universitas Negeri Jakarta, he has consistently carried out language research that focuses more on applied linguistics. Applied linguistics is his choice because this field implements more fields of science that are related to linguistics. Asih Prihandini, S.S., M.Hum.
Asih Prihandini, S.S., M.Hum., a senior lecturer of Program Studi Sastra Inggris, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Komputer Indonesia, has been doing some researches relating with second language acquisition (SLA). Covering some aspects in Linguistics fields such as the study of Phonology, Morphology and Syntax now she is working on her dissertation with the topic of morphological awareness on child's English word formation in online games media. The intervention of digital media in developing the awareness of English word formation for child living in multilingual environment becomes her focus.
Tatan Tawami, S.S., M.Hum.
Graduating from English Department UNIKOM in 2006, Tatan Tawami, S.S., M.Hum. was then admitted in English Linguistics Program in UNPAD in 2009 and finished his Master Degree in 2011. He has become a lecturer of Program Studi Sastra Inggris, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Komputer Indonesia, Bandung, Indonesia since 2007 and is focusing his research interest in meaning making processes and how it relates with the way human uses the language. Dr. Nungki Heriyati, M.A. started her career as a lecturer in 2009 at English department, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Komputer Indonesia. Her steady motivation in pursuing her expertise in English Literature led her to gain her doctorate degree which focuses on women, narrative, trauma, and history. Muhammad Rayhan Bustam, S.S., M.Hum. is a passionate and enthusiastic lecturer with 12 years of teaching experience in English Department, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Komputer Indonesia. Mia R. Yuwita, S. Hum., M. App Ling is a lecturer of Program Studi Sastra Inggris, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Komputer Indonesia, Bandung. She completed her studies at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia with a Master of Applied Linguistics. When she got back to Indonesia, she joined Australia-Indonesia Youth Association as an Education Officer in 2019, a Communications Officer in 2020, and Vice President in 2021.
