A moment of immense pride once again enveloped the English Literature Study Program of Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM). On Friday, March 13, 2026, the program successfully held the Judicium (Graduation Declaration Ceremony) for undergraduate students for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
The solemn ceremony took place in the Faculty Meeting Room and commenced promptly at 1:00 PM (WIB). The Faculty’s executive board, the Head of the Study Program, and lecturers from the English Literature department attended the procession.
For this period, the English Literature Study Program officially inaugurated the graduation of 2 (two) outstanding students who have completed all academic requirements, ranging from coursework and the Internship Program (KKL) to the final Thesis Defense. Through the reading of the Graduation Decree during this ceremony, both students have officially earned their Bachelor of Literature (S.S.) degree. They are now ready to step into the professional world.
Although the number of graduates in this odd semester is relatively small, it underscores the rigorous academic standards and the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) evaluations implemented by the UNIKOM English Literature Study Program.
In the opening remarks, the Head of the English Literature Study Program expressed profound pride and high appreciation for the dedication and perseverance of the two graduates. They were reminded that the linguistic knowledge, literature expertise, intercultural communication skills, and soft skills forged during their studies will serve as their primary assets in navigating the competitive landscape of the globalized era.
“The Judicium is not the end of your learning journey; rather, it is the starting gate to apply your knowledge in society. We hope our graduates will continue to uphold the good name of their alma mater, UNIKOM, keep innovating, and become adaptable professionals across various industrial sectors,” stated the program’s leadership representative.
The judicium concluded with the handover of the temporary academic transcripts and the Certificate of Graduation (SKL) to the participants, followed by a prayer and a group photo session.
The entire academic community of the UNIKOM English Literature Study Program extends its warmest congratulations: Happy Graduation to the newly inaugurated alums! May the degrees you have achieved bring blessings and pave the way to a brilliant career.
