The English Literature Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, UNIKOM, held the Graduation Ceremony for the Even Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year on September 10, at the Miracle Building, Indonesia Computer University. This event is part of the English Literature program at Indonesia Computer University as an academic process involving the issuance of temporary graduation certificates and part of the process of completing the study period for English Literature students.
The event began with an Opening Ceremony on Wednesday morning (September 10), attended by all participants of the graduation ceremony from the English Literature Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences. In his speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences emphasized the importance of soft skills in the workplace to support global competition and the readiness of students to navigate the dynamics of life after graduation.
After the opening, participants attended a series of solemn graduation ceremonies hosted by the MC. The speeches delivered by the lecturers focused on life values to prepare students for the complexities of life after their academic studies end and to equip them mentally for the world of work.
In addition to receiving guidance, the graduation participants took home memories in the form of photos with the lecturers, from the speeches to the group photos. This activity is part of the English Literature Study Program’s commitment to continue adding value to students so that they continue to develop, not only academically but also mentally, to be adaptive and ready to face challenges after graduation amid the challenges of competitive global competition.
