This activity is part of the character development program for students as an administrative requirement for graduation and also serves as a platform to strengthen values of leadership, cooperation, and responsibility.
The event began with an Opening Ceremony on Tuesday morning (August 5) attended by all participants from the English Literature Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, and FISIP UNIKOM. In his remarks, a faculty representative emphasized the importance of this training as a process of developing students’ mental resilience, discipline, and strong attitudes in navigating academic dynamics and social life.
After the opening, participants attended a series of briefings and interactive discussions led by trainers and facilitators from BP3KSDMT. The materials presented focused on leadership values, effective communication, conflict management, and the importance of social responsibility in the digital age.
The first day concluded with group collaboration activities and evening reflections aimed at developing collaborative skills, decision-making abilities, and solidarity. On the second day, the atmosphere became more dynamic with sports activities and multi-element outdoor challenges designed to test team cohesion, physical endurance, and strategic precision within the group.
In addition to receiving official certificates, CBT participants also took home experiences that enriched their character development as part of a culturally enriched academic community. This activity is part of the English Literature Program’s commitment to producing graduates who are not only academically outstanding but also possess strong character, adaptability, and collaboration skills in the face of professional challenges.
