The English Literature Study Program under the Faculty of Humanities (FIB), in collaboration with the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) of Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM), has successfully held the 2026 Character Building (CB) program. This character-building event was conducted over two days, from August 6 to 7, 2026, at the State Defense Education Command Headquarters (Dodik) Rindam III/Siliwangi in Cikole, Lembang.
The training was attended by a total of 195 students, with 20 of them proudly representing the English Literature Study Program. This cross-faculty collaboration served as a significant momentum to strengthen solidarity among students while building mental resilience.
The main focus of this year’s Character-Building implementation is to forge independence and a high sense of responsibility within the students. Furthermore, the program, which was directly guided by professional instructors, is specifically designed to instill the values of discipline in their daily lives.
Through the rigorous training at Rindam III/Siliwangi, it is expected that this activity will have a significant long-term positive impact on future Human Resource (HR) development. Students are expected not only to excel academically but also to possess a strong, disciplined character, fully prepared to face the myriad challenges of the professional world.
