The English Literature Study Program, Faculty of Humanities (FIB), Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) successfully held its Yudisium (graduation confirmation ceremony) on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Taking place at the 4th Floor Auditorium of the Miracle Building UNIKOM, the event officially inaugurated 25 prospective graduates who had previously passed the Batch IV Thesis Defense under FIBAA quality standards last August.
The solemn yet joyous event was attended directly by the Dean of FIB UNIKOM, along with the entire teaching staff of the English Literature Study Program. The presence of the faculty leader and lecturers served as the highest appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and academic achievements of the students during their studies at UNIKOM.
This year’s Yudisium felt even more special and proud with the presence of an international student from South Korea, Park Ji Hun, among the prospective graduates. Park Ji Hun’s graduation stands as tangible proof of the UNIKOM English Literature Study Program’s commitment to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and globally-oriented academic climate. It also reaffirms the department’s readiness to facilitate and produce international graduates ready to compete in the global digitalization era.
In addition to the procession of reading the Graduation Decree and the conferral of bachelor’s degrees, the atmosphere of the Yudisium was enlivened by various art performances presented by active English Literature students. These artistic showcases, which included music and literary appreciation, not only warmed the atmosphere but also highlighted the students’ creativity and the strong bond of kinship across student batches within the department.
With the completion of this Yudisium, the 25 new graduates of the English Literature Study Program are declared to have officially completed their academic duties and are ready to welcome the pinnacle procession: the University Commencement Ceremony (Wisuda).
